1978 Furnware 22ft

1978 22ft (6.7M) NZ Furnware overall length 7.7M Reg, will have new WOF on Sale, Electrical Cert.

Hard decision to sell but its time for another. NO Shower or Toilet (old school but has room to swing a cat). No solar as we had onsite with 240V. Is set up for 240V, no batteries.

Over the past three years we have revamped this old girl but have kept retro, below is what’s been done: New Suspension Shocks, Tyres, Brakes Master Callipers and Coupling, Underneath paint and insulation, Grey Glass all round, Paint ( done properly) in 2K, Fully resealed, Large Modern Skylight, Has Two awnings and both can be used at same time, Blue one is full length with three way windows great cond walls, roof is getting tired but will last a few more years, the Tan one is a new full length roof, but the walls are ¾ and original are worn but still work.

Inside has a Queen pocket spring Island lift up bed, the front two singles have new foam, medium density for sleeping, LED lighting, new carpet and plank flooring. Still has original kitchen and the veneer is flaking in placing. Electric hot water with electric pump, new ¾ size fridge.

Does not leak at all but has had one above the door this has damaged the roof lining but looked too hard to replace so we lived with it, its retro right! This caravan has had everything done that was needed and some, great for a family wanting space.
